Michael Weber: The Heart and Hands Behind Halcyon Yard Solutions LLC

A Seed is Planted:

Michael's love for landscaping bloomed early. He transformed his acre orchard yard into a fantasy land as a child. The plants his favorite friends. Nature has always been his favorite place to be. This childhood passion grew into a lifelong career, with over 25 years of experience in the field.

Branching Out:

After years of working for other landscaping companies, and barely getting by, Michael decided to cultivate his own vision. With a rusty pickup truck, zero dollars to our name, his trusted cousin Brody, a wife manning the office, a few loyal day one clients, and a set of well-worn tools, we launched Halcyon Yard Solutions LLC.

A Growing Legacy:

Today, Halcyon Yard Solutions LLC is known for its stunning designs and meticulous attention to detail. But what truly sets them apart is Michael's dedication to nature, his clients and his team.

More Than Just Business:

Michael believes in building lasting relationships with his clients, taking the time to understand their needs and creating outdoor spaces that reflect their unique style. He also fosters a supportive and collaborative environment for his employees, recognizing that their talent and hard work are the roots of the company's success.

Did You Know?

*Michael aced an Integrated Pest Management course, ensuring Halcyon Yard Solutions LLC uses eco-friendly practices.

*Michael worked as teacher and 1st-3rd grade program coordinator for an after school program for nearly a decade while pursuing his gardening knowledge.

*Michael taught skate summer camps at the after school program as well.

*Michael's first landscaping gig started when, as a broke 10 year old he had to come up with his own money for skate shoes.

*Michael's first gardening employer was with Julie Mendelsohn Master Gardener who he credits with much of his knowledge.

When Michael's not crafting beautiful landscapes, you can find him:

* Spending time with his family, especially on hikes or hanging with their many animals.

* Volunteering at the local community garden, or weed wracking a cemetery in need.

* Experimenting with new plant varieties in his own backyard oasis.

Mike is just an all around caring guy. He cares about nature, animals, the safety of children, his clients, people. He just cares, and you get a sense of that the moment you talk to him.
